About Us
Mountain Pine Ranch is a subdivision of 114 lots, ranging from 2.3 to just over 8 acres, set in rural Apache County in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. With four distinct seasons and temperatures almost 20 degrees lower than those in the desert valleys, outdoor recreation opportunities abound. Hiking, kayaking, hunting and fishing, and winter snow sports at nearby Sunrise Resort are easily accessible, yet we are just 10 miles from the city of Show Low with its schools, hospital, and other services. Our CC&Rs require site-built homes, and all building plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (see the Documents page for more information). Property owners have access to our centrally located green waste disposal and garbage pickup site, as well as our community well (owners can also choose to drill a private well). Current annual dues are $100.00.
